Evesham Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Evesham Township, Burlington County, and New Jersey. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a public office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Service
Evesham Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing here or returned by a linked tool is a consumer report. The original writing, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page or quoting a short attributed excerpt is permitted; full-page republication or systematic copying is not.

11. Governing Law
New Jersey law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Record requests to public custodians are also subject to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, P.L. 2001, c.404, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., along with record-specific confidentiality laws.
12. Severability
